Raised in Miami and based in Naples, Nick brings a deep understanding of Florida’s culture, lifestyle, and luxury real estate markets. He represents buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Collier County, with a focus on Naples’ most desirable coastal and golf communities.
Before real estate, Nick spent over two decades in Los Angeles working in front of and behind the camera. He appeared in more than 100 national commercials, earned feature film credits with Steven Spielberg and Steven Soderbergh, guest-starred on hit network series, and produced episodes of MTV’s Emmy Award–winning True Life. Years spent operating within fast-moving, multi-million-dollar productions sharpened the communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills that now set him apart in real estate.
Nick is also a trusted relocation specialist for families moving from out of state. His Miami upbringing gives clients valuable insight into the lifestyle differences between Miami and Naples, while his bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) allows him to easily guide clients with roots across Latin America.
Beyond real estate, Nick leads the marketing and brand vision for Potter Homes and Potter Trinity as Director of Marketing & Creative. He also owns Puga Power Productions, producing cinematic digital media for luxury homes, country clubs, and local businesses.
A passionate tennis player and an active member of the Naples community, Nick enjoys helping clients discover schools, clubs, neighborhoods, and lifestyle opportunities that fit their families. He lives in Naples with his wife, two children, and their Goldendoodle, Rocky.
